On 10 May 2005, John Nurminen Oy´s Extraordinary General Meeting selected Olli Pohjanvirta as a new member to the Board. Olli Pohjanvirta, 37, is a Master of Laws and also has a graduate legal degree from a Russian law school.
Olli Pohjanvirta is a founding partner of ETL Law Offices Oy and, since
1993, he has served in expert duties related to jurisprudence and business
restructuring in Russia and the CIS.
John Nurminen has expanded its operations in Russia markedly in recent
years. With Olli Pohjanvirta, we will further reinforce the Board´s Russia
expertise and gain new insights into that country´s rapidly developing
economy and business environment.
The following will continue as members of John Nurminen´s Board of
Directors: M.Sc. (Eng.), M.Sc. (Econ.), Matti Packalén, M.Sc. (Econ. &
Bus.Adm.) Rolf Saxberg and D.Sc. (Econ. & Bus.Adm.)
