North Rail Ltd, a subsidiary of Nurminen Logistics Plc, announced on 3 July 2026 that it would commence change negotiations to ensure the efficiency and profitability of the company's operations in a changed market environment. The negotiations concerned the entire personnel of the company.

The negotiations have now been concluded. As a result of the negotiations, the employment of 25 employees will be terminated.
