Nurminen Logistics is strengthening its operations in Italy with a new office in Modena, where a local customer service team has already started its work.
Inessa Petrosyan has been appointed as Logistics Coordinator, responsible for customer service in Italy, transport arrangements, and operational support. In addition, Angela Tarulli has been appointed as Admin Specialist to support daily operations.
The new operational office supports the company’s rail and sea freight services in Central and Southern Europe. A weekly rail connection using covered wagons is operated from the Modena wagon terminal to Frövi/Örebro in Sweden, where Nurminen Logistics has its own terminal. The wagon handling terminal manages both general cargo and full loads.
“Strengthening our team in Italy and opening a new office enable smoother and more customer-oriented operations. At the same time, we support our customers’ growth in Italy and strengthen wagon traffic to Sweden,” says Marjut Linnajärvi, Vice President, International Rail Operations & Sales, Nurminen Logistics.
