The use of TIR Carnets continues in the traffic between Finland and Russia
TIR procedures can be started in Finland in the normal way also for TIR transports ending in Russia at least until 30 June 2015. Also transports arriving from Russia are handled normally, provided that the customs service of another country (for example Russia) has used a TIR customs guarantee document (TIR Carnet) as a transit document in its own territory.

Nurminen Logistics is developing its project logistics service
Pasi Kuusijärvi has been appointed as the director of the business line as of 10 February 2015. Before his new post, Kuusijärvi acted as sales manager at the Special Transports and Projects business unit. Hannu Vuorinen, Senior Vice President, Special Transports and Projects continues to be responsible for special transports at Nurminen.
